Help shape the Greater Manchester People and Culture Strategy

Do you work in health and care in Greater Manchester and want to have to your say on what needs to happen to make our city-region the best place to work in health and care? Come and join one of GMCA's Strategy Development Sessions to share your experience and help shape our People and Culture Strategy for 2022-25. This strategy will set out a shared ambition and aims for the Greater Manchester health and care workforce over the next three years. The sessions will take place virtually on 23 August and 12 September. They will provide the opportunity to:

       
• Have a first look at the building blocks of the strategy
       
• Join the discussion on our Greater Manchester ambition and aims
       
• Share your thoughts on what needs to be tackled as a priority
